"The website is "PERFECT" with all the features I need in requesting a quote, saving the quote while I process the paperwork through our office, and reloading the saved quote to place the order once our funding is approved. Exceptionally easy to use and understand. I am "Totally Delighted" with my web-experience."

Technologies
RedEye's primary technology is Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), an additive manufacturing process that offers unparalleled repeatability, meaning that your first part looks and functions exactly like the next.
FDM Technology builds your parts using real production-grade thermoplastic materials. You can receive parts in ABS, polycarbonate and many other blends used in injection molding.
RedEye also offers the cast urethane molding process to provide rapid prototypes and short run production components that can be produced with nearly the same surface finish, tolerances and material properties as injection-molded parts.
The wide range of materials offered by RedEye makes it possible to provide special properties to match nearly any application such as flame resistance, transparency, high strength, high-temperature resistance, and flexibility.
You may even take advantage of our injection molding services. Our rapid tooling and injection molding capabilities allow your spec material parts to be produced in 1-3 weeks. Using high-speed machining, EDM (Electronic Discharge Machining) and injection mold presses, we can manufacture complex rapid tools and injection molded plastic parts for production (100,000+).
In addition, RedEye also offers PolyJet technology, a process similar to stereolithography (SLA) in that it uses a photosensitive resin. However, PolyJet builds each layer at about 16 microns, which makes it more accurate than SLA.
PolyJet technology gives you the ability to achieve fine feature detail and flexible parts. It is ideal for prototypes and conceptual modeling. In all, RedEye offers 15 photopolymer materials.
