on the benefit of digital manufacturing to molding companies

| Jeff Hanson RedEye |
How many times have your customers come back to you for additional orders? Digital manufacturing is finding a new home with molding companies. Usually those additional orders are low volume that take time and resources away from current projects. Of course, you want to provide your customers with the best possible service, but how do you do that without contracting that additional volume out to a competitor?
Our digital manufacturing offering allows you to quickly, efficiently process low volume orders with a non-competitive partner. You can avoid scheduling conflicts and offer a speedy delivery to your customers without shutting down your production line, which means you can continue running your current projects without interruption.
We understand the potential negative impact tearing down machines can have on delivery of your orders. We also understand the need to outsource without the fear of losing customers to competitors. That's why digital manufacturing for prior and post production orders from RedEye helps enhance the experience for your customer, ultimately leading to repeat orders from the supplier they can trust.
The next time you are faced with scheduling conflicts due to additional orders, consider RedEye's digital manufacturing. Find out more at www.RedEyeOnDemand.com or call us at 866-882-6934.
Best regards,
Jeff Hanson

| Fixture for Portable Oxygen Tank |
RedEye manufactured this fixture for WAIR Products (wairproducts.com),
a Bloomington, Minn.-based company that manufactures
valves for water, air, oxygen, nitrogen, oil, detergents
and coolants. This fixture clamps to WAIR's economizer
valve used to test accurate flow pressures from portable
oxygen units to the user. In addition, it presets the
valve prior to shipping it to the assembly plant.
