Take a Tour of RedEye

On May 23rd we'll open our doors to RAPID 2011 conference attendees during a tour (track one) developed by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. The tour begins with a visit to Starkey Laboratories, a leading developer of hearing solutions. Next you'll stop at RedEye On Demand to see Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) equipment in action. We'll show you how FDM is being used to produce concept models, functional prototypes, manufacturing tools and even production parts by experiencing the "factory of the future."

Build Big, LIGHTWEIGHT Parts

The sparse build option is great for large prototypes, thick walled parts, and packaging molds. It is our recommended build option for prototype thermoforming molds and sand casting patterns because it creates porosity that benefits vacuum draw. And, the exterior surfaces of your part remain completely unaltered making them appear to be a solid object.
